hello doctor iam lisa 27 years old and i have been living in darkness ever since i learnt i was HIV positive.i know i have to see a doctor but i don't know who to trust. scared that i might realize it when its too late for me.i need to find one doctor i can trust.

You need to first remove the fear of hiv as it is no longer considered as deadly or nontreatable condition. Second, you have to see a doctor urgently so as to check if there is a need of treatment at present depending on cd4 count and your clinical condition. We can take it further from there.
