Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear hot water can raise your blood pressure and hyper-stimulate the immune system which can make you experience flu like symptoms like, light headed, a runny or stuffy nose, nausea, sneezing, chills, fatigue or dyspnea.

Also may induce nausea and vomiting. Take short shower baths, avoid chlorinated water.

Many treatment modalities for irritable bowel syndrome.

1.do yoga and meditation regularly
2.Avoid spicy food and alcohol
3.Avoid dairy products and caffeinated drinks.
4.use tab.normaxine twice a day for five days

Depending on the severity of endometriosis treatment vary please consult your gynecologist she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care
