Hey,
If it is a local infection like boils, application of creams with Bacitracin will do a good job in eliminating Staph. Fusidic acid ointments like FUCIDIN also helps a lot. But beware of new Staph which can be resistant to common antibiotics, they are called MRSA. Try the above medication on boils if present.
