It appears I have a boil on the perineal (between the end of vagina & anus) area. I noticed it today. It s not too painful. As I reflect recent activity, I used a vaginal odor spray on my underwear and have been wearing underwear with spandex. Is it a boil and what should I do?
As the first line of management, you can start on a short course of antibiotics preferably Amoclav. Also, you can apply topical antibiotics like Mupirocin after cleaning with soap and water.
If persists, better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
