How To Treat A Bruise On The Scrotum Of My Son?
My 6 year old son fell on a bar in the playground and ran to me crying saying that he hurt his penis. He says that his scrotum doesn't hurt, but there is a dark reddish "bruise" on the tip. We have given him an ice pack, but is there anything else that we need to worry about and/or watch for?

If pain is there you use analgesic like ibuprofen.
Antibiotic may be needed if infection is suspected.
Otherwise no treatment is necessary.
