How To Treat A Child Born With A Cone Head?

Hello
I have a granddaughter that was born a month ago.... My daughters was induced 3 times before she actually gave birth...the baby was born with a severe cone head .... She was fine for the first week or two... I just feel that she cries too much sometimes... Nothing comforts her
