Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi dear
Welcome to the HCM,
Child had developed acute gastroentritis.
Antiemetic medicine like ondemsetron to be given empty stomach, then wait for about a hour ,
let the effect of antiemetic medicine come . and then start ORS in sips only gradually with patience. if start accepting the ORS then please continue it .
Avoid glucose water it will further increase the loose motions.
Hope the query is answered.
Thanks
