Hello amanda!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I read carefully your question and would explain that your symptoms seem to be related a metabolic disorder (polycystic ovary, adrenal gland dysfunction, thyroid gland dysfunction, etc.).

Besides, you are overweight and this fact could be related to increased sweating.

I would recommend you to consult with your GP for a careful physical exam and some tests:

-chest X ray study
-abdominal ultrasound to examine your ovaries
-lab blood tests (complete blood count, inflammation tests, thyroid hormone levels, cortisol plasma levels, sex hormones plasma levels, prolactine plasma levels, kidney and liver function tests).

A brain MRI should be done if suspicions of pituitary gland dysfunction are raised.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,
Dr. Aida
