i have a problem on my penis
its starts in winter ,usually ,skin actually dries up breaks up due to this i have smaall cuts and quiet painful , but after applying moisturizer it reduces but after slight erection it again breaks up. what is the problem and medication?

Hi,
Apply ointment based antiseptic(neosporine ointment ) upon penile skin. Once the crack heals (say for 7Days ) then start antiseptic cream local applications . If it doesn't heals even after 7 days then visit dermatology n veneral disease clinic .
