How To Treat A Eye Cyst?

My left eye has been getting progressively more painful this past week. this morning I pulled down my lower socket to reveal a cyst or pimple. This obviously the source of pain since last week. What treatment to you recommend? Let it ride to see if dissipates or do I need to go to walk-in clinic or my optometrist. Walk-in clinic is 1/2 the co$t of specialist. Thank you for your quick response as I am going to make a move today in some direction.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having cystic swelling of the eye. This indicates probably inflammatory swelling of the glands of the eyelids. The treatment of this condition is by use of antibiotic eye drops and anti-inflammatory drugs. Applying hot compression provides symptomatic relief.

Thank you
