hi, I would like to clarify that I have a black spot on my face that really looks bad and I have observed that it grows with my age it is single dot please help me to remove it
You said that you have black spot on face. And the spot grows in size as the age. I think, you may be having melanocytic nevus. It may be congenital or might have developed in childhood. Size may be increased as the age. It is a benign condition. It may be kept untreated. If you feel embarassing, it may be exised under local anaesthesia. You consult dermatologist to have firm diagnosis. Still, I would like to suggest as below...
- the flat mole or junction melanocytic nevus may be removed by either excision or electrocautery - before that intradermal inj xylocaine may be given around spot to have localised anaesthesia. - after removal of lesion antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs may be taken
I hope this would help you in managing your disease.
Thanks
