I have a hard nodule about the size of a quarter under the skin of my right calf.
It is slightly trender when I press on it. I have recently started working out with a person trainer doing upper body and leg exercises. There is also some slight edema around my right ankle. The only other thing that has happened in the last few days is that I had a rash on both legs that lasted 4 days.
