How To Treat A Inflammation Throat Accompanied With Spluttering And Coughing?
suffered 2 weeks of terrible trachaeitis (spelling ?) agony, no sleep ! thought had throat cancer ! went 3 times to doctor who prescribed cortisone... no effect. then went to another doctor who gave antibiotics.... 2 days later...am fine ! why don't they take a swab and resolve problem ? The inflamation in my throat was so bad...couldn't breathe without spluttering , coughing fits...now after 2 days of zitromax... am fine !

but.. what is your complaint now?
it is difficult to take a tracheal swab and most of the times it is caused by a virus, therefore it was not done.
