We my wife and I are having a problem with real bad skin irritation around her stoma some skin torn from the skin barrier with skin leakage skin so irritated can t put a barrier on to hold the pouch. I have tried to make a pouch and tape to outer skin but not succesvil

it could be eczema apply steroid ointment in the night and ointment with preferably squalene based in the morning take antihistaminics
