Hello, I have a lump at the front of my ankle and raised arteries around the area. There is a dull ache around the area which I cannot describe as painful. I am 45, I run and play tennis frequently. Average height and weight and generally of good health.

THESE SWELLING ARE SUGGESTIVE OF VARICOSE VEIN ON YOUR lower limbs.
you need a venous doppler of the lower limb and a consultation with a surgeon/ vascular surgeon
