How To Treat A Small Hard Cyst On My Lower Butt?

I have a small hard cyst like on my lower butt cheek looks inflamed and skin around is slightly red what can it be? I just found it today and washed the area with phsofex (spelling??) and put bacitracin on it. Can I try this treatment for a while or is dr care needed immediately?
