Hello,
This is likely to be due to a stye. Start giving warm compresses for 10 minutes, thrice a day for 4-5 days. You can also take an analgesic to bring the pain and swelling down ( tablet Tylenol, 500mg, 1 tablet twice a day).If it becomes larger and stays so beyond a week , then it is better to consult an ophthalmologist for start of short course of oral antibiotics.
