How To Treat A Sore Painful Foot?
i ve had so many surgery s that i don t wanna go to the doctors all the time...like they think i m calling wolf .....now I hit my leg last sunday and it s hard red tight and really really sore just at the site was hit...not the leg at all...I can move my foot fine no pain...no pain unless I touch the spot that was hit....whatdoya think?

I suggest you to apply ice pack in your foot, rest, elevate the leg and use pain killers like ibuprofen. If you don't feel better make an X-ray and consult an orthopedist.
