Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It seems to be an inflamed cyst.
I would recommend you to take a course of oral and topical antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines.
I would recommend you to take tablet cephalexin and fusidic acid cream on the affected area. Also, take tablet ibuprofen for swelling and pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, Dermatologist
