i had a bruise under both of my big toenails for over 3 month caused from wearing too small of shoes (flats to be exact). So tonight while painting my nails I took a cleaning tool and scraped the bruises out from underneath the nails. Now my toes are swollen and it hurts to walk. Have I done damage or need to see a doctor?
