After sex an area of skin just below the corona of my penis has a very slight tear (smaller than a grain of rice). Plenty of lube was used as this is happening more often. I'm 54 wife is 45 and perhaps getting ready to start the change. We joke that her biology is changing as it smells a little different than years ago though by no means is it terrible, she says no yeast infection, last visit to ob/gyn found no issues. Whats the deal with the tear?
