How To Treat Abdominal Pain Specifically During Urination?

I have had abdoman pain for 3 days now.I am not constipated the pain comes and goes and it is worrying me. When I urinate it hurts, its not a burning feeling and when I go the other way its the same symptoms. A week ago I broke my wrist from a fall and have missed work because of my injury can stress cause my abdomnable pain?

Hi. Considering a history of fall, one probable reason can be injury to the abdomen at that time but showing the symptoms now. Another possibility is you may be suffering from urinary tract infection.
Hurting at urination makes me think of a problem with the bladder like infection or swelling inside making abdomen pain as the bladder is getting smaller with urination.
Please consult a Doctor; you may need some tests like blood and urine tests and ultrasonography of abdomen wither to rule out or to confirm what is the basic cause.
Stress causing abdominal problem is a very rare occurrence.
