How To Treat Abdominal Problems,diarrhea And Strong Noise?

Hello, I had diziness, loose of equilibre and sleepeness for almost 3 weeks. I was seen by a doctor, the ear tests is good, no lost of hearing. I started taking betaserc one week ago, two times a day 24 mg/tablet. Now I am much better, but I have abdominal problems, diharrea and strong noise. What should I do? Thank you a lot doctor

Hi you had giddiness,instability possibly benign positional paroxysmal vertigo and you are better with medicine for the same . This abdominal upset is not related to the vertigo or the medicine taken for it.Abdominal pain and diarrhoea should be a different problem.Take probiotic yogurts and if diarrhoea continues take T.flagyl 400 twice a day after food for 5 days if not allergic to it.Meet a doctor in person if symptoms are annoying.Take care.
