How To Treat Acne Making It Difficult To Sit?

Hello i am 20 years old male .I have acne on my bottom region,they never go away . I once tried to put some ice on them ,they insted swelled up and started to cause more pain, due to which I cannot drive for long hours ,I also get painfull pimples in my abdomen region and knots under my skin which come and go. Please can you suggest me a permanent solution for my problem.

Well come to HCM
This could be boil, carbuncle, initially this can be managed with anti-inflammatory drugs and some time this responds well, in very rare condition antibiotic being added I would suggest the following treatments
1) Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day
2) Tab Azithromycin 500 mg daily one for three days
take care for hygiene, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
