How To Treat Acute Gastric Issues?

I have problem of acute gastric from 1 month I m suffering for relief sounds from mouth after a meal. Usually every one gets. But hav d trouble like discomfort of reliving gastric sound after meal.I ll suffer for 3 hours with exercise nd gastric tablet but I won t feel relax. I have consulted with physician dey suggested gastric tablet. Or injection dats it. But my problem is still goes on continued Kindly suggest best to me.

Hi thanks for asking question.

You have not mentioned which gastric tablet you are taking.

You could have acute gastritis or ulcer in stomach.

Omeprazole or famotidine tablet taken for it for 2 to 4 week.

If you are not improving by tablet then search for gastric infection by H.Pylori has to be think.Urea breath test or endoscopic biopsy useful for it.

Even if it is not the cause then endoscopic biopsy send for histopathological examiation as further work up.

By stool examination and CBC parasitic infections also ruled out.

Meanwhile.....
-Avoid spicy food
-Avoid smoking
-Drink more water
-Green leafy vegetables
-Avoid excess tea, coffe
-Avoid overuse of NSAIDs and antibiotic
