a 18 daymale infant suffers from alkaptonuria with high level of HGC in urine, however, thrive normally and sukle normally, with relatively large renal cyst that was discovered prenataly. It is mainly supportive management. You can give Vit C daily; that may prevent crystals in joints and other spaces.
