sir/madam i am a 27 year old man. I suffer from alopecia areata at my moustach for over 2 years. I went to vigit a dermatologist and treated with injection (tricor 5 mg injection) at the specific area. but unfortunate the disorder is not cure. so what sould i do now ?

Intralesional Injection triamcinolone is the drug of choice for alopecia areata. You may need two to three sittings.
I would advice you to go for another sitting of Intralesional injection of triamcinolone. And then apply latonoprost eye drops over the affected area. Consult your dermatologist for procedure and further management.
