How To Treat Anal Bleeding After Having Sex?
Hi, i'm female and 18, i've been bleeding from my anus for over a year, but it's not constant, it's every now and then when i go to the toilet. My partner and i tried Anal sex for the first time the other day and the next morning my anus bled quite abit, i'm quite distressed. What could the problem be?

Sexual activity in the absence of lubrication often results in tearing of the sensitive epithelium lining of the rectum.
Bleeding is because of injury, inflammation & swelling. You are suggested to visit ER, get physically examined.
Bleeding after anal sex if not treated in proper time can complicate to hemorrhoid, fistula or perforation in the colon.
Your symptom needs prompt medical attention, you need antibiotics to prevent the spread of infection. Your treatment will depend upon the severity of the tear /injury.
You may need hospital stay or surgery. In the meantime take sitz bath 3-4 tines a day & apply Pilex cream or Pilorute cream locally to get relieve. Stay away from junk food & avoid sex for a couple of days.
