Hi,
In pregnancy this all medicines are considered as safer although there is no clearcut evidence available but one should avoid oral steroid medicines during pregnancy.
Inhaled corticosteroids and alpha agonists like albuterol or salbutamol are also considered safe and also they are very effective in controlling acute asthma episode.
Thanks.
