How To Treat Baby's Scratched Ear?

My baby had to get his ears cleaned but they still couldn't tell if he had an infection but they put him on antibiotics anyways but when they cleaned his ears they think they scratched him a little bit and now he has alot of blood crust in his ear and I don't know if that's bad or not

Hi,
Due to scratching there might be having some soreness in the ear producing some blood spots giving rise crust formation.
Do not try to remove the crusts as it might produce bleeding again.
Put some antibiotic ear drops for few days.
After soreness becomes alright, crusts will come out.
Ok and take care.
