How To Treat Back Bone Pain Complicated By Polio?

My age is 24 years and I got polio attack at the age of 4, my right leg is effected down from knee. Now it is weaker than other leg and is different than left leg. Now from last week I have pain atmy back bone and I can t walk as I can t feel any support from my right leg. Still I can feel the pinch on my leg. Any suggesion for me please.....From ,,,,ARIF

You should see a local doctor, if possible. Such a sudden change indicates that there is something acutely wrong, most likely a nerve issue.
