How To Treat Back Pain?

I m 43. Weigh 340. After any activity from eating to walking my body shuts down kinda. My back hurts so bad. My legs get stiff especially muscle above left knee and also swells. It s hurts to just roll over in bed. I have very broad shoulders so my weight although chubby I m not overly physically diminished. My shoulders also hurt. In the mornings I start real sluggish trying to overcome joint soreness.

Hello,
Thanks for your query.
The following measures will help with the pain
• Lie on a hard bed.
• Anti -inflammatory drugs like Tablet Motrin or Brufen 1 tablet as and when required ( do not repeat a dose before 6 hours) with food will help relieve the pain.
• Correct your posture while sitting
• Avoid prolonged sitting
• Avoid strenuous activity & lifting heavy weights.
• Apply diclofenac gel on the affected area. Warm compresses will also help.
