How To Treat Bed Wetting Problem For My 15 Year Old Kid?

My son is almost fifteen years old, he wets his bed almost every night even when I woke up him in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. He has done a blood test and an ultra sound for the bladder and everything seems normal, we tried everything even medication and nothing worked. Will he grow out of it eventually or is there something we can do?
