Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
For 6 years now I've had blood in my semen. I'm 33 years old, and have been to a urologist and he ran some urine tests and said everything was fine. I still have the problem. If I don't ejaculate for a few days and then do, I notice that I don't have any.
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis. 1) Urine routine and culture. 2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis 3) Semen examination and semen culture
Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
