How To Treat Body Temp Variations Caused By A Throat Pain?

I had been suffering from throat pain. I have taken two d cold total tablets( morning and night). I have also taken cough syrup before going to bed. Now my body is getting warmed up. I am feeling very hot . Is this alright? Its not fever like hot. I don t have body ache... Plz reply

Acute onset of sore throat is usually related to viral infection ( the common cold). It can take a few days to improve.

The sensation of feeling hot would imply that you are possibly developing a fever. Additional symptoms may or may not occur such as cough, runny nose, joint or muscle pain.

You can consider the use of throat sprays or lozenges to help with the throat pain, these are usually available over the counter.
