Hello, Thank you for posting on HCM. Though definitive diagnosis is not possible without proper physical examination, i would like to put a provisional diagnosis of Scabies. Scabies is a contagious disease caused due to a mite. consult your dermatologist, who would prescribe you oral ivermectin and a cream containing permethrin 5%. Permethrin has be applied all over body ( below neck) and to be rinsed after 8-10 hours. Repeat similar application after 15 days if required. Ideally everyone in the family should be simultaneously examined and treated to prevent spread and recurrence. Take oral antihistaminics for itching. Launder all your clothes in warm water. Hope this will take care of your issue. Thank you Dr Hardik Pitroda
