How To Treat Bulky Ovaries With Multiple Scattered Follicles?

Hi, I got an ultrasound scan of my pelvis done and the resullt shows both ovaries are bulky with multiple scattered follicles of size 3-6mm with echogenic stroma. Please advise me what is to be done in this case. Is this harmful? What diet should I follow. Can this be cured?
