How To Treat Bump On Eyelid?

Hi I had PRK eye surgery done 4 years ago and since have had trouble with styes. Most recently I have had a consistent bump on my eyelid which I think is a Chalazion. Warm compresses just inflames my whole eyelid almost to the point of completely shut. What should I do and is this common after eye surgery?

Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having recurrent stye and chalazion. This condition is not related to PRK eye surgery. These conditions are seen in people with refractive error, blepharitis, decreased immunity, diabetes...
I would like to treat these conditions in my clinic with antibiotic eye drops and for chalazion incision and curettage. I would try to rule out any of the predisposing conditions and treatment for the same if present.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
