How To Treat Bumps All Over The Penis That Have Red Patches Also?

Hi, i was diagnosed with balanitis and i noticed bumps all over my penis along with the red patchs. I've been using hydrocortisone cream and nothings improved. Im not sure if its a std or not can you enlighten me? Oh and i only see the bumps when erect.

Hi,
Balanitis is a bacterial infection and caused due to poor local hygiene.
Make a habit of cleaning glans by averting foreskin while taking bath.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course.
It is not a STD.
Ok and take care.
