Hello,

Bump in the pelvic area may be due to:
1. Folliculitis
2. Acne
3. Heat rash
4. Cyst or abscess et cetera

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your Dermatologist, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
