How To Treat Burning Sensation And Lower Abdominal Pain During Urination?
Hello, I am 43 years old and I have been having problem with getting a permanent cure from recurrent burning sensation when I pass urine with some lower abdominal pain. I have used Daktarin insert able tablets and cream, Diflucan, Gertamicin injection in the past. Please what can you prescribe to end this problem.
Your urine analysis findings suggests persistent urinary tract infection(UTI).
It is important to search for reason that is causing recurrent infection. You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations. Investigations include routine hemogram, random blood sugar, renal function test, ultrasound of abdomen, urine culture/sensitivity.
Ultrasound can be helpful in finding out the reason for recurrent UTI. Proper antibiotics should be based upon culture and sensitivity report. Drink plenty of water.
