Hello

Your urine analysis findings suggests persistent urinary tract infection(UTI).

It is important to search for reason that is causing recurrent infection.
You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine culture/sensitivity.

Ultrasound can be helpful in finding out the reason for recurrent UTI.
Proper antibiotics should be based upon culture and sensitivity report.
Drink plenty of water.

Get well soon.
