How To Treat Choking, Chest Pain And Tightness After Inhaling Cleaning Agents?

Inhaled bleach & several cleaning agents mixture. Chest has been hurting & extremely tight ever since (& continues now 5-6 hours later). I also have a choking cough with every deep breath I try to take & that takes my breath away & produces thick clear phlegm. What can I do to ease or stop chest tightness? Also what can stop the choking cough?
