How To Treat Chronic Bronchitis And Head Tremors In A Heart Patient?

I had three stents put in heart arteries in June 2017. Diagnosed with chronic bronchitis and underlying emphasema. Have had slight head shaking for about 4 yrs but is happening more often and the feeling of always being unwell. No energy and no interest in my world. Age 75yrs 5feet female.
