How To Treat Chronic Productive Cough, Despite Antibiotics Not Cleared Completely?
Started with dry, deep in chest cough 3 weeks ago. Cough progressed to every minute or so. Took Zpack followed by a 3 day antibiotic treatment. Had chest X ray 2 weeks ago and was clear. Last few days the cough is "productive" but keeps going on and on. Taking symptom removal stuff now. Musinex extra and claritan D. Still coughing every 10 minutes or so, week voice and sides hurt from coughing. Help!

First of all do a sputum culture , secondly i would recommend an appointment with pulmonologist.....
