How To Treat Cold And Congestion During 36 Weeks Pregnancy?

I'm 36 weeks pregnant and have been fighting a cold. I just woke up this morning and the left side of my throat hurts to swallow and a little bit of discomfort to the ear I have no fever but I'm now really congested also. Not sure what i can take or what to do.

hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.You are having sore throat as your history explains.you take syrup-sinarest 1 spoon three times in a day for 5 days along with that saline water gargling 3-4 times in a day.avoid cold items.Ear pain is also because of sore throat nly.take care.
