Hello- Thanks for using our service and will try to help you with my medical advise. Colitis can be the reason for your problems with bowel movement but the chest pain most likely is not related to the colitis. Most of the energy drinks have caffeine which irritates the stomach and bowels, sometimes creating gastric reflux that can cause irritation of the esophagus and chest pain I recommend you to hold on the energy drink and improve your eating habits with healthy food. Also try to avoid spicy and irritants . If it doesn't improve in one or two weeks, go to your primary care doctor for further workup
