How To Treat Constant Right Outer Eye Lid Watering?

Hi, Hope you can help me my right outer eye lid keeps watering which is making my eye very irritated, it then starts to water from the outer corner, its been going on for some time and driving me crazy, just inquiring why it would be weeping on the outter top eye lid? thanks

You are having epiphora in ight eye. Normaly tear should passthrough Naso lacrimalduct whenthereisblockase tear will come out of eye. So punctum dialatation and flushing with nor mal saline tobe done sveral time. Ifthe duct is patent tear will pass. If not patent then blockase site is to be etected by taking xray after radio opaque dye injection. Ifrequered surgery is to be undertaken tomake it patent.
