How To Treat Constipation, Bloating, Increased Appetite And Gastritis On Eating Something Spicy?
I have constipation, i eat every 2 hours in the office but yet in the evening when I come back home I feel so hungry that I eat enough and then feel heavy. If i eat wada pav or samosa i feel gastric and then i have eno. also how can i look lean because my stomach looks bloated?
You have multiple problems and may be related to each other. Constipation can be treated well with increase fiber contents in food which helps to reduce the bloating and weight too. Take stool softener and laxatives to treat constipation. Take a PPI like Pantoprazole so that acidity is well controlled. Surely you have to avoid Vada-pav and such spicy things as a precautionary measure. If all these measure fail then consult a Gastroenterologist and get an appointment for colonoscopy and Upper GI Endoscopy; tests of stool, blood and urine to get additional information so that a proper management can be done. Avoid stress and anxiety.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
