How To Treat Constipation?
My name is Ali. Age 22, height is 6feet 1inch and weight approximately 65kg. I am constantly facing constipation problem as frequent as after one week. Now from last few days eyes seem yellow in color and the color of urine is also getting reddish brown. Please guide me, Thanks

Well come to HCM
Constipation is not the disease but this is just condition and this can be managed with some measurement like drink more water, have fiber containing diet, keep the regular habit of going to toilet even if you do not want to go in, just go in and sit there for a while no need to apply any force, no matter if you do not pass the stool, hope this helps.
