How To Treat Cough During Pregnancy?
Hello!Am in the 16 weeks of pregnancy and suffering from acute cough since 3-4 days.A Pharmacist prescribed the Travisil herbal cough syrup and lozenges ,which am taking but can't see any change. Is it safe to use this medicine or what can i do to remedy this painful cough? Please help me!

If the cough is unrelated to an underlying condition then these medications should suffice and you could also take sips of lukewarm water. But if at all an elaborate evaluation shows an infection, respiratory disorder, etc; the cough will prevail till the cause is adequately addressed.
